Who Is Eligible for the Pathways Program?
A parent with at least one dependent child living with them.
A parent receiving Temporary Cash Assistance.
OR
A parent whose income is not more than 200% of the poverty level.
A parent who has earned their AA degree or other terminal degree
from a Community College.
