30 minute balance focused class that strengthens the feet, ankles and legs; improves proprioception; strengthens core and helps maintain and restore neutral posture and alignment.
Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

60 minute boot camp style of training that focuses on full body fitness including cardio, muscular endurance, range of motion, flexibility and weight loss.
This class is a great way to get fit, have fun and stay motivated with the help of your other teammates! You will leave with a high level of discipline for exercise and a healthier body!

30 minute seated exercise class with upbeat music, designed to deliver a fun and effective workout.
Class will elevate heart rate and build strength using a variety of resistance equipment.
Fit and Strong
Friday, 9-9:30 a.m.
30 minute class that emphasizes cardiovascular exercise but also includes strength training and flexibility work.
Participants will utilize steps, hand weights, resistance tubing and stability balls to improve overall fitness.
Floor, Core and More
Tuesday, 5-5:50 p.m.
50 minute class that utilizes key yoga and pilates concepts to addresses core strength, muscle endurance, range of motion, flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, and more (all with minimal equipment).
Monday and Wednesday,
50 minute cardiovascular ride that will be sure to build up your strength and endurance. Rides include hills, jumps and sprints while emphasizing proper technique and form.
This class pairs upbeat, fun music with a varied ride to make sure you get an enjoyable, effective workout.
Tuesday and Thursday,
60 minute cardiovascular ride designed to burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. Participants are guided through a warm-up, up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-down.
Routines are varied every six weeks to keep things fresh. Participants determine their own levels of exertion, but your instructor will certainly encourage and motivate you to challenge yourself.
Total Body Circuit
Tuesday and Thursday,
45 minute circuit workout designed to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Circuits consist of six to ten strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary.

60 minute Hatha Yoga, a yoga style centered around gentle poses and energy breathing. Participants gradually reduce stress levels and improve flexibility as they progress through the eight-week series of classes.
