completed and signed by your supervisor and then approved by Vince Angotti in the Department of Kinesiology.

Vince Angotti to receive a Special Permit (course permission) to
register for the course and to review
the requirements for
the course credit.

more. You need to fulfill the hour requirement
that the site sets and that you agree to before
the experience begins.
