President's Leadership Institute

Established in 1995, The President's Leadership Institute offers intensive, yearlong leadership programs for faculty, department chairpersons and administrative staff. The program focuses on interdisciplinary faculty and staff interaction, leadership concepts and experiences, and interaction with leaders on and off campus. Each class begins and ends its program with off-campus retreats and participates in one full-day session each month throughout the academic year.
