Mission Statement

The Towson University Leadership Institute will provide experiences and perspectives to give faculty and staff opportunities to develop or enhance personal leadership skills and encourage participants to assume formal and informal leadership roles.

Goals

• Provide interaction with faculty in other departments and colleges
• Provide interaction with staff in other departments and between faculty and staff
• Provide an understanding of Towson's structure and decision process
• Provide exposure to internal and external leaders, leadership styles and leadership concepts
• Provide exposure beyond Towson
