University Marketing and Communications offers the services of its Digital Media Team to help conceive or re-organize the websites of Towson University colleges, departments and divisions. Our team also assists with promotional video production and the management and scheduling of display technologies.
Whether you need to build a website from scratch, periodically update an existing website, or plan a major re-organization of a website, our team can assist with information architecture, content strategy, design and user testing. We’ll help you create a great user experience for your site visitors.

Our services include promotional video production for academic departments and special on-campus events. Video projects are prioritized to support major university initiatives and their need for event coverage. Our team programs the TU YouTube channel with series like the "TU in 2" two-minute faculty lectures.
Do you have a message you want to communicate to the entire TU campus and adjoining community? The TU Digital Signage Network is a campus-wide collection of digital displays, located in buildings throughout campus, that can be used to display your information. Four outdoor road signs provide another great way to get your message out to the community. These LED display boards provide an outlet to external audiences and can be used to promote large events that are open to the public.
All requests must be initiated through your appropriate Communications Manager. All graphics must be produced by Creative Services or Art Services. Please allow at least two weeks for production. Graphics can run for a maximum of two weeks.
Acceptable content must originate from an on-campus department or group and must be appropriate for the entire TU community. Student-run organizations must have an official sponsor to be considered. The promotion of off-campus and third-party events are prohibited.
Video will not be allowed on the campus-wide digital signage network.
The Division of Marketing and Communications has final approval on all graphics and content.
