Freshman Applicants
are currently enrolled high school students and students who have completed fewer than 12 semester hours or 18 quarter hours of university-level credit beyond secondary school at the time they plan to enter Towson University.
Applicants who currently hold or intend to seek an F-1 Student or J-1 Exchange Visitor visa to study in the United States should follow the international application instructions.
