Freshman Transition Program To-do List

For students participating in the partnership program between the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) and Towson University (TU).

Step 4: Accept CCBC Financial Aid Package  

Deadline:  Within two weeks of receiving letter

The information below pertains to students entering fall 2009. Information for students entering fall 2010 will be available during April 2010.

Financial Aid will be administered by CCBC. All students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) located online at the FAFSA Web site. If you have already submitted a FAFSA, you can go online to direct your application to CCBC (Code #002063). Please visit the CCBC Web site for additional financial aid information or call 443-840-4170.

CCBC Tuition Bill

CCBC will invoice you for your fall 2009 tuition charges.  See Pay CCBC Tuition Bill for additional information.

TU Student Housing and Services Bill

You must pay a $1,500 Student Services Fee directly to Towson University. In addition, if you live in Towson housing, you will also pay room and board to Towson.  Any financial aid that you receive will come from CCBC and will be used toward your CCBC Tuition Bill.  CCBC cannot transfer financial aid funds to your Towson account. However, you may use any CCBC refund checks to pay Towson directly for any Towson related expenses.
