REMINDER: You will receive notification via your Towson student email account when your CCBC fall schedule has been created. You will be able to setup your CCBC Payment Plan only after this notification has been received.

CCBC offers a Tuition Automatic Payment Plan which is administered through a third party, Nelnet/e-Cashier. The Automatic Payment Plan extends to students a monthly budget plan for meeting the cost of tuition through e-Cashier. Students will have the opportunity to set up an automatic payment agreement with Nelnet/e-Cashier through a link located at Nelnet e-Cashier is not affiliated with the college and does not act as the college’s agent. The college bears no responsibility for the acts or omissions of this partner. Moreover, a student’s liability for tuition is not discharged until payment is made in full to the college.

NOTE: The CCBC Automatic Payment Plan cannot be set up until after students are registered for classes in late-June and are (or have been) billed for tuition.

e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by the Community College of Baltimore County. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration. Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My FACTS Account or call Brenda Aubuger, 443-840-3026, at the Community College of Baltimore County Bursar’s Office, to confirm the change. Any changes must be approved 10 calendar days before the payment due date.
