CAMPUS TOURS

Student Ambassadors offer personal insights into life at TU during 60 - 90 minute walking tours.

Tours are offered during the fall and spring terms as listed below:

  • Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m.
  • Select Fridays, 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (Friday 1:30 p.m. tours include an Information Session)
  • Saturday, 11 a.m. and noon

Tours are offered during the summer as listed below:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (Summer tours include an Information Session)

To assist us in planning for campus visits, we require a tour reservation for all tour dates and times.

Required Parking Permit for Campus Tours

Parking for campus tours is limited and reserved for those who have completed the required online campus tour reservation. After you complete your tour reservation, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation and a parking permit. This parking permit is required to park on campus and must be displayed in your front windshield.

Directions to TU

From the Baltimore Beltway I-695, take exit 25 and follow the signs to Charles Street/Colleges. Proceed 1.7 miles and turn left on Towsontown Boulevard. Turn right on Osler Drive and make an immediate left at the first stoplight. Continue to surface lot 11. Park along the hill in spaces marked "Admissions Campus Tours." The Office of Admissions is in the Enrollment Services Building, located at the intersection of Osler Drive and Towsontown Boulevard.

Inclement Weather

In the event the university is closed, all campus tours will be cancelled. Towson University will post closing information on the Towson University homepage, or you may call (410) 704- NEWS or 1-888-4TOWSON.

Disabilities Support

Persons who need special accommodations may contact the university at 410-704-4696.  We ask that you contact the university at least one week before your visit.

Overnight Accommodations

There are a variety of hotels located within a 15 mile radius of campus.

Visiting Baltimore

The city of Baltimore offers visitors a wide range of attractions, including museums, special events, historical sights, and the beautiful Inner Harbor.
