ADMISSIONS OFFICE

Students with Non-U.S. Bachelor's Degrees

U.S. citizens or permanent residents with non-U.S. bachelor's degree who wish to apply for the Second Bachelor's Program must complete an application and provide the following documents. You may not use the online application. Contact the Office of International Admissions for more information about applying to Towson University.

In addition, the following documents must be provided:

  • A TOEFL test score of at least  550 (written test) or 213 (computer based test)
  • Foreign transcript(s) and an evaluation and translation of those transcripts by an outside agency such as World Education Services (WES).

TOEFL is required for non-native speakers who are graduates of non-U.S. institutions.
