Information for students entering spring 2010 will be available during November 2009.The Career Center offers students a variety of career-related programs and services. Make decisions about your major, assess your skills and interests, and explore career options with assistance from career counselors and advisers. The center coordinates internship programs, the Hire@TU online job and internship database, full- and part-time jobs and seasonal employment. Through job and career fairs and our on-campus recruiting program, The Career Center connects students with employers and organizations. Finding On-Campus EmploymentGreat part-time employment opportunities are available in a variety of areas, including academic departments, Student Affairs, Event and Conference Services and the day care center. Work as a lab assistant in the chemistry department, a marketing assistant in the athletics department or a cashier in the University Store. On-campus jobs become available at the beginning of August, and most are filled in mid-September, so it is important to start your search early. All positions are posted on Hire@TU.
