The information below pertains to students entering fall 2009. Information for students entering spring 2010 will be available during November 2009.If you completed your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in time to meet the March 1 financial aid priority deadline, you should have received a Towson University financial aid notification in the mail. You must accept or decline your financial aid offer. Although you can respond to your aid offer by mail, the best way to accept or decline the offer is online at Towson Online Services (see Activate Computing and E-mail Account link information). You must accept or decline your offer within two weeks of the date printed on the notification or by May 1, whichever comes later. If you do not respond within two weeks, the offer will be subject to cancellation. Follow these steps to accept or decline your aid offer:
Receiving a FInancial Aid Notification does not always mean that your application is complete, or that your aid package will not change. You must check your Towson Online Services To-Do List weekly to find out what you must do to complete your financial aid application and receive aid. To complete this:
