Transfer To-Do list

The information below pertains to students entering fall 2009. Information for students entering spring 2010 will be available during November 2009.

Please bring the following items with you on your scheduled TU CARES date:

A copy of your immunization records. 

A complete, up-to-date immunization record must be on file with the TU health center prior to registering for classes on your TU CARES date.  A Pre-Entrance Health Form and Immunization Record is enclosed in the packet that was mailed to you or using the immunization link below. An acceptable form of photographic identification

You will need to bring one of the following to get your OneCard (Towson ID). Note: Photocopies of documents will not be accepted.) Questions? Contact Auxiliary Services at 410-704-2726

:

• U.S. state-issued driver’s license or identification card with a photograph
• fficial U.S. military identification card with a photograph
• Official U.S. federal government ID card with a photograph

• Valid passport

• U.S. school ID or a high school yearbook with your photo and name and an original Social Security Card or official birth certificate.

A copy of your Evaluation of Transfer Credit. 

If you have not received an evaluation, you will receive a copy at check-in. Faculty advisers can assist you best if you can bring catalogs from the colleges you have previously attended. A copy of your final transcript or grade report will also be helpful. If you have any questions concerning transfer credit, please call Transfer Evaluation Services, 410-704-3229
