Towson’s Transfer Program is designed to prepare you for life as a Towson Tiger. You are required to
attend Part I on the date you previously selected. During the program, you will:
Meet faculty, department chairs, staff and fellow students
Learn about your major and academic requirements
Discuss your transfer evaluation
Receive advising and a group orientation for your major
Lean how to use Towson’s online system to register for classes
Build your schedule for the spring term
Receive your OneCard, your official TU identification
Bring these items to your Transfer
Program Part I date:
A copy of your Evaluation of Transfer Credit. You may view and print your evaluation from the
Towson Online Services Student Center.
Please bring your final grade report or any outstanding transcripts as well. Faculty advisers can assist you best if you can bring catalogs from the colleges you have previously attended. If you have any questions concerning transfer credit, please call Transfer Admissions, 410-704-3229.
Program Parking Permit will be emailed to you a few
days prior to your scheduled program date.
An acceptable form of photographic identification to get your OneCard (Towson ID). You will need to bring one of the following:
U.S. state-issued driver’s license or
identification card with a photograph
Official U.S. military identification card with a photograph
Official U.S. federal government ID card with a photograph
Valid passport
U.S. school ID or a high school yearbook with
your photo and name and an original Social Security Card or official birth certificate
(Please note, photocopies of documents will
not be accepted.)
A copy of your immunization records. A complete, up-to-date immunization record must be on file with the
Dowell Health Center prior to registering for classes on your Part I date. Information about this Immunization Record is available in the
Before Classes Begin section of this To-Do List.
