
COMMUNITY ARTs programs
Towson University offers a variety of arts-enrichment programs designed to provide a stimulating environment for the larger community.
The Music Preparatory program provides instruction on various instruments to about 200 children and adults each semester, nurturing self -expression, creativity and a lasting love of music.
The Community Art Center hosts courses in the fine arts and computer science for children and adults.
Each year, some 1,600 children participate in the Children's Dance Division's community dance program.
The Golden ID program attracts seniors who want to expand their artistic abilities.
