Allegations of copyright infringement by Towson University users that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title II, Section 512 (c) (3) will be investigated. The agent will notify the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and the Associate University Counsel of all valid notifications for appropriate action.
