Federal Title IV Loans
Towson University participates in the following Federal Title IV educational loan programs: Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Direct Student Student Loans and Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS). (Towson University does not participate in the FFELP programs.)
Student borrowers of Federal Perkins and Federal Direct loans must complete on-line entrance and exit loan counseling as well as a Master Promissory Notes. Parent borrowers must complete an electronic Parent PLUS Master Promissory Note.
