Wellness Quiz

Wellness is about balance. It's not about loading your already full plate with still more things to do. It's about finding a good balance between the different aspects of yourself and your life. Because when you create the right balance, each part nourishes the others. The eight dimensions of wellness are:

  • Intellectual wellness
  • Physical wellness
  • Social wellness
  • Emotional wellness
  • Occupational wellness
  • Financial wellness
  • Spiritual wellness
  • Environmental wellness

More and more social science research is suggesting that these different areas are interrelated. Exercise can help you think more clearly. An active spiritual life can increase longevity. Doing a job you enjoy can make you happier. And so on.

That's why giving some attention to each of these areas is important. In other words, balance is key. It leads to a happier, healthier you. We offer many resources related to the various aspects of wellness. Take our Wellness Quiz to learn which ones are your strongest and weakest areas and to learn about ways to improve your wellness in each area. The quiz consists of 35 questions and takes 4-6 minutes to complete.
