The Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (OSPR) serves the dual function of protecting the university's interests in matters relating to external funding while providing a high level of service to university faculty and staff members in identifying funding opportunities, developing project ideas into proposals, and submitting complete and competitive proposals. Following award of a sponsored project, OSPR will continue to work with the TU community in grant management and financial administration of award.
