State Review of ApplicationsSome applications to federal agencies must also be reviewed by the Maryland State Clearinghouse as covered by State Executive Order 12372. This review requires that we submit a copy of such a proposal to the MSC at the time it is submitted to the federal agency. Please check with the OSPR to determine if this is the case with your application. Please Note: This information is updated periodically. However, because some of the information is subject to change at any time, you should contact the Office of Sponsored Programs & Research (OSPR) at 410-704-2236 for verification before putting it in proposal applications.
