| Biography: |
Dr. Basuray has been an active participant in American Higher Education for the past 30 years, including active role as consultant and change agent with for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations. Prior to that he was professionally engaged in the oil industry. He has been at Towson University for the past 20 years, joining as its first Chair of the Management Department in August, 1986. While at Towson University, Dr. Basuray served for 8 years as Associate Vice President of Budget and Planning in Academic Affairs Division. His teaching and research interests are in Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Learning, Organizational Change, and Social Responsibility areas. |
