Dr. Nguyen joined Management Department faculty in 2005. Her teaching interests include: Human Resources Management, Compensation Management, Personnel Planning, Managerial Skills Development, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, and Business Statistics. Her research interests are in HRM, Psychological Testing, and Personnel Selection areas. |
