John Chollet received his Ph. D. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  After teaching for three years at the University of British Columbia, he accepted a position at Towson University.  His interests are multilinear algebra, matrix inequalities, and matrix functions;he has published several papers in these topics.  He also has been active in developing assessment plans for the mathematics department at Towson.
