Linda Cooper holds a B.A. in mathematics from Shippensburg University, a M.A. in Mathematical Statistics and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialty in Mathematics Education from the University of Maryland at College Park. Her interests are in statistics education and teacher preparation.
