William R. Rose, a native of New York, joined the faculty in 1971. He took his bachelor's degree from Queens College in Flushing, New York and his master's from the University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois. While at Towson, he continued his graduate studies at the University of Maryland leading to a second masters while working toward the PhD degree. His interests lie in the field of probability and statistics.
