Martha J. Siegel is Professor of Mathematics at Towson University. She is the current Secretary of the Council of University System Faculty of the University System of Maryland, Co-PI of the Towson University CoSMiC* Scholars Program, and recently completed a 14-year term as the Secretary of the Mathematical Association of America.
Dr. Siegel holds a Ph.D. in stochastic processes from the University of Rochester and served a post-doctoral fellowship in operations research and mental health at the School of Hygiene and Public Health of the Johns Hopkins University.
