Martha J. Siegel is Professor of Mathematics at Towson University.  She also serves as the Secretary of the Mathematical Association of America, Immediate Past-Chair of the Council of University System Faculty of the University System of Maryland, and as Co-PI of the Towson University CoSMiC Scholars Program.

Dr. Siegel holds a Ph.D. in stochastic processes from the University of Rochester and served a post-doctoral fellowship in operations research and mental health at the School of Hygiene and Public Health of the Johns Hopkins University.
