Shannon Maki

Shannon Maki specializes in interpersonal communication and quantitative research methods.  Her current area of focus include: (1) information management, (2) friendships, and (3) interpersonal transgressions.  She teaches COMM 480 Research Methods which focuses on quantitative research methods (e.g., survey research and experiments) in Communication Studies. Dr. Maki is a member of the National Communication Association and the Eastern Communication Association.
