Dr. McMullen specializes in organizational communication and interpersonal communication. Dissertation is an ethnographic study of the organizational culture in the National Federation of the Blind. Research areas: Communication pedogogy and ethnographic inquiries. Advises students who use qualitative methods and rhetorical theory. Dr. McMullen is the coordinator of the Communication Studies major.
