Scholarships (full or partial tuition) are renewable for four years and offer students additional benefits, including 1.5 academic credits each semester, regional and national travel opportunities, service learning engagement with high school forensics students, induction into the national forensics honor society, Pi Kappa Delta and a chance to continue the legacy of Towson University Forensics.
Current TU Students and Incoming Freshmen With No Prior Debate Experience
Joining the team gives you the chance to enroll in the COMM 249/250 and COMM 349/350 courses for 1.5 academic credits each semester and allows you to hone your public speaking, argumentation and debate skills. You can join the team by emailing Dr. Jennifer Potter at jpotter@towson.edu and scheduling a meeting to discuss your interest in participating.
