| For each scholarship application, a student is to submit one original and five copies of the required materials. Each set of materials is to be firmly stapled together at the upper left corner. |

| What is the procedure for selecting scholarship recipients? |
| The department scholarship committee will first select finalists by means of documentation screening. Scholarship recipients will then be determined after finalists' interview with the committee. |
