Morning Academic Conference

This session represents student research on housing in the Baltimore and Washington, DC Metro Area. Students from Towson University and American University will present their research related to gentrification and other housing issues in these places from neighborhood dilemmas to larger socioeconomic issues. This session will culminate with a Power Point presentation by
city planner Eric Holcomb on the history of Sharp Leadenhall relating to
student research in this community.
