Christopher Dillon

Picture of Christopher DillonA California native, pianist Christopher Dillon was three-time finalist and winner of the Alice Nelson Music Scholarship Competition, and attended the Music Academy of the West summer festival in Santa Barbara. He pursued his musical education at the Eastman School of Music, Oberlin Conservatory, and Peabody Conservatory. After achieving the Doctorate in Piano from Peabody, he became adjunct faculty there; his pedagogical activities also include an appointment in piano to the Maryland Conservatory. Dr. Dillon is presently adjunct faculty at Towson University.An active recitalist, collaborator and church musician, Dr. Dillon has given numerous recitals in Maryland as well as in his native California, where he appeared with the San Luis Obispo Symphony in the Grieg Concerto.
