The Department of Music at Towson University proudly announces the 2015 Annual Keyboard Day for student participants ages 14 and up, and for auditors of all ages.
The event schedule includes:
Masterclasses with TU piano professors Reynaldo Reyes, Eva Mengelkoch, Christopher Dillon, and Lawrence Crawford
Demonstration and masterclasses with Profs. Marc Bellassai (harpsichord) and Timothy Murphy (organ)
An introduction to Alexander Technique for musicians with
Prof. Marsha Becker
A Workshop on Performance Anxiety Management with Lisa Woznicki
Hands-on-demonstration of Towson University’s recording studio with
Prof. Thomas Ciufo
Performance Opportunities for every participant in Towson University’s Recital Hall
The all-day event will be held on Friday, March 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 7p.m. in the Center for the Arts at Towson University.
Please inform your students and friends about this special opportunity to get acquainted with Towson University’s keyboard faculty. Registration forms must be received by Monday March 2, 2015. Auditor’s fee also includes lunch and refreshments. (Cancelled checks will be receipt of payment).
The Keyboard Day recital at 5.30pm is open to parents and music teachers free of charge.
