2014 Keyboard Days

 The Department of Music at Towson University proudly announces the 2014 Keyboard Days for students ages 14 and up. The events begin after school on Friday and end Saturday afternoon. The Keyboard Days will be filled with exciting events including the following:

  • Special presentation and master class by Dr. Nancy Roldan, entitled The Body Map: Road to MasteryCoordinating Brain & Heart to attain Expression
  • Hands-on demonstration of Towson University’s recording studio
  • Workshop on how to manage performance anxiety by Lisa Woznicki
  • Master classes with Towson University piano professors Reynaldo Reyes, Lawrence Crawford, Serhii Morozov and Christopher Dillon. Demonstration and master class with harpsichord professor Marc Bellassai and organ professor Timothy Murphy
  • Performance opportunity for every participant in TowsonUniversity’s Recital Hall Saturday afternoon

The two-day event will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday March 29, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Center for the Arts at Towson University (check schedule of events for further details). Teachers and music lovers of all ages are encouraged to register as auditors for a reduced fee.
