Technical Request Form (Student) 

Please fill this form out completely to request technical services for your recital.  Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to event.  We cannot guarantee services if request is made with less than two weeks notice.  Payment must be made at least three days before the recital.  We can only provide services for recitals taking place in the Center for the Arts.

**Installation of A/V equipment in the Recital Hall and Harold J. Kaplan Concert Hall is still taking place. Limited services will be available during this time. We may not be able to provide any services for student recitals that are scheduled on the same night as a faculty/ensemble event. You will be notified if we are unable to meet your needs.**

Single Mic Recording with close miking for amplification (compact disc) $100.00
There may be additional charges depending on your tech needs.
