PRAXIS I PREPARATION
NOW AVAILABLE
FOR FALL AND SPRING EXAMS!

 Students planning to declare the education major and provisional teachers must pass the Praxis I Exam, a test that assesses each candidate’s general abilities in reading comprehension, fundamental math, grammar, and writing. Provisional teachers must also pass this exam in order to become certified in Maryland.
 If you need help preparing for the Praxis I exam, sign up for Praxis I Strategies, a series of coach classes focusing on these skills:

Reading Writing Grammar Math

Saturday classes on campus at TU/ Linthicum Hall 212/ from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

Cost: $300 for 6-class session. Enrollment limited.
Cost for Baltimore County teachers: $100.00. Baltimore County will pay the remainder of the tuition.

**Please note:
• ASL Interpeters are available for Session I only.
• Accommodations are available for those who observe Saturday religious practice.

Saturdays 10/4 (Writing), 10/11 (Writing), 10/18 (Math), 10/25 (Math), 11/1 (Reading), 11/8 (Reading)

Saturdays 10/18 (Reading), 10/25 (Reading), 11/1 (Writing), 11/8 (Writing), 11/15 (Math), 11/22 (Math)
