Sheila P. Green, PhD, M.S., RN holds the positions of Assistant Chairperson and Assistant Professor at Towson University Department of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. She joined the Towson University faculty team in Fall 2002. Dr.. Green has a rich background in nursing, education and health care administration. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Tuskegee University and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She completed her doctoral degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in the Public Policy Program, with Health Policy concentration. Her clinical and teaching specialties include child health, health promotion and health policy. Her research interests emphasize issues of minorities as nursing graduates completing the NCLEX-RN examination
