Diversity Action Committee

Reflective Process Work Group

The Reflective Process work group of the institutional Diversity Action Committee will support the continued advancement of Towson University’s Reflective Process for Diversity and the sustainability of the transformation for diversity which has begun as a result of the university’s Reflective Process for Diversity by:

  • Reviewing Reflective Process Status
  • Supporting the advancement of goal setting in Academic Affairs and Athletics
  • Developing a model for bringing the Reflective Process (RP) to faculty members who have not had the opportunity to participate in a facilitated Reflective Process session
  • Identifying and supporting the implementation of a plan to bring the Reflective Process to students
  • Establishing a Faculty and Staff Diversity Award Program; and
  • Developing a model for reporting the progress of TU’s Reflective Process to the campus community on an annual basis.
