The Latino/a Faculty & Staff Association's mission is to support the development of a network of Latino/a faculty, administrators, and staff as well as encourage and promote the participation of Latinos/as in all facets of Towson University.

Highlights from 2014 – 2015:


• Began the mentoring program for Latino/a faculty, staff, and students
• Formed the LFSA Advisory Committee to work on a report to provide the current status of Latino/a faculty, staff, and students at TU to the Interim President, Dr. Tim Chandler and Interim Provost, Dr. Maggie Reitz, in an effort to recruit and retain more Latino/as
• Nominated Dr. Judith Cruzado-Guerrero for the President’s Diversity Award
• Created various social events, such as a Cinco de Mayo celebration at El Salto
