Applications are being accepted for a one year full-time, non-tenure track, visiting instructor position for the 2009-2010 academic year. The successful applicant will have expertise working with children and youth OR adults and older adults with occupational performance problems. Responsibilities include teaching courses in human development and occupational performance, other foundational courses as assigned, as well as participation in departmental and university service. This position is contingent on funds being available at the time of hire.
An applicant must:
- be an OTR who is licensed or eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist in the State of Maryland
- hold a minimum of a Master’s degree
- have a minimum of three years of full-time clinical or community experience and evidence of currency in practice
Prior teaching experience preferred. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience; benefits are also available.
