Organizational Development & Organizational Theory and Behavior
Towson University invites applications for two entry-level tenure-track assistant professor positions in the Department of Management, College of Business and Economics, starting in Fall 2013, as described below:
Successful candidates will be expected to teach traditional and online format courses in areas of organizational development, organizational theory and behavior, leadership, and organizational learning at the undergraduate and master’s levels. Ability and/or interest in teaching HR topics would be considered a plus.
Candidates must possess a strong commitment to teaching and advising/mentoring students, show potential for strong research skills, and a willingness to pursue external funding opportunities. Applicants should possess Ph.D. ( or D.B.A.) in Management or Business Administration in the respective disciplinary areas specified above from an AACSB-accredited university. ABDs with expected graduation date no later than October 2013 will be considered.
