Transferring Students Admitted for Fall 2014

We hope that you are adjusting to Towson and are starting to find your place on campus. We encourage you to take advantage of the first-semester resources that are available to all students.

The Transfer Program

Transferring Students Admitted for Spring 2015

  • All students transferring to Towson are required to attend The Transfer Program in January.
    • Main campus students, this two-part program takes place on campus and will prepare you for success as a new student. All admitted transferring students who have submitted their Enrollment Contract to the Towson Admissions office will be able to reserve their orientation date through our online reservation system. Access the online reservation system NOW to reserve your seat.


    • Towson University in Northeastern Maryland (at HCC) students, please use this link to learn more about your responsibilities and Transfer Program dates.


  • Part I of the Transfer Program will take place on January 8-20, 2015. This is when you will come on campus and register for classes. Your date depends upon our availability for your academic major.
  • Using our online reservation system, you will be able to select one date in January based on your intended program of study. Please note, not all programs advise on each date of the Transfer Program. Be sure to review the academic programs offered at Towson before signing up for your Transfer Program Part I date.
  • The Transfer Program Part I runs from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and you are expected to attend the full day.
  • Part II of the Transfer Program will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2015. You will sign up for your Part II session when you make your online reservation for Part I. During Part II you will receive important information on campus policies as well as campus resources including leadership, academic success, and career planning.
