National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
(NBCOT)
Following graduation, in order to practice occupational
therapy graduate must pass the NBCOT certification exam and in
most state must obtain a license to practice.
NBCOT is the certification body for the profession and it
administers the national certification exam and maintains the
registry database of certified therapists.
