Fieldwork

All occupational therapy students participate in fieldwork experiences. Students complete Level I Fieldwork experiences in conjunction with their academic courses. They then spend at least six months in Level II Fieldwork where they apply theories, knowledge and skills commensurate with the entry-level qualifications of a professional occupational therapist. Students must complete Level II Internships within 24 months following completion of academic preparation.

For fieldwork related questions or concerns, students may schedule individual meetings with Ms. Jerry Bentley, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator, via the appointment sheet on her office door (ES246).
