Science of Human Occupation Track
The purpose of the Science of Human Occupation track
is to analyze and generate knowledge related to the form, purpose, and
meaning of occupation as it applies to the daily life of people.
Students in this track focus on occupation-based research,
occupation-based theory for education and practice, or occupational
justice and advocacy.
Occupation in Practice Track
The purpose of the Occupation in Practice track is to
examine and produce knowledge related to the application of occupations
as an intervention process to support the participation of people in
their daily lives. Students in this track focus on advanced practice,
evidence-based practice and research, practice-related education, or
practice-based advocacy and policy.
