Customized Course Delivery

CAIT can customize the delivery of our courses to your employees. We offer classes here at our campus in Towson, as well as online. We can also offer our graduate certificate program and our full Master’s program on site at your company. For more details, call us at call 410-704-4909.

External Graduate Assistantship (EGA) Program For Business

Unlike the conventional hiring process, CAIT’s External Graduate Assistantship (EGA) Program is a simple and cost effective way to hire experienced technical staff. Through this innovative program, a company contracts with CAIT for the services of our graduate students for up to 20 hours per week, for a choice of time periods (5, 10, or 12 months). Although students are CAIT “employees” they work at the company site under your direction on company specific projects.

All you need to do is provide your requirements and position profiles for prospective candidates and let us handle the rest! Based on your requirements, CAIT compiles a qualified candidate pool and handles other HR functions associated with hiring technical staff. You interview from the pre-screened candidate pool and make the final determination on which candidates get hired!
