The “accessibility group” works on issues related to computer accessibility and security for all users. Dr. Jinjuan Feng's general research area is Human Computer Interaction, especially in universal accessibility, information security and privacy. Dr. Feng is currently working on a research project studying usable security and privacy for individuals with disabilities.

Aging in Place/Needs of Aging Population

The Center for Productive Aging conducts research for business and government related to community-based aging, the aging workforce and planning for an aging society. Clients include corporations, local and state government and non-profit advocacy organization. The Director of the Center is a well-known expert in the area of work and family and corporate eldercare. Center affiliates have expertise in human services, long term care, leadership, non-profit organizations and community, international aging and human development.

The Center for Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (CAASD) began in February 2008 with a gift from the Erdman family. It is an interdisciplinary resource center for young adults on the autism spectrum and their families, with a focus on four main goals: supporting education for professionals; offering and evaluating best models for programs and services; supporting applied research by faculty and students and providing links between community and academic resources.
