Irregular Verbs - Exercise 10

Directions:  In the blank below each sentence, write the correct form of the verb in parenthesis.  Do not add auxiliary verbs.  When you are finished, click  the "Check My Work" button at the bottom of the page to check your answers.

1. After his canoe capsized, Jim (swim) to the shore.
    

2. Water will (freeze) at 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
    

3.  Mac has (fly) in from Jakarta today.
    

4.  When she (see) her brother, Marion was horrified at his appearance.
    

5.  The car had been (drive) by a teenager.
