Irregular Verbs - Exercise 7

Directions:  In the blank below each sentence, write the correct form of the verb in parenthesis.  Do not add auxiliary verbs.  When you are finished, click  the "Check My Work" button at the bottom of the page to check your answers.

1. Jim has (ride) the bus to work for years.
    

2. The author (take) her story to the editor and hoped that it would be published.
